We’re a real estate investment firm with over a decade of experience in the Baltimore real estate market, and we’ve carved out a niche in wholesale homes and off-market investment properties. In the past 10 years, our team has been involved in over 1,000 real estate transactions in the Baltimore area and across the country.
Our wholesale real estate model is simple: we help homeowners get out from under houses they they no longer want or can afford, and we then connect potential buyers with these wholesale homes and investment properties at below-market prices. Our Management Team
Daniel has been involved in over 1,000 real estate transactions in the last 10 years, allowing him to have a thorough understanding of how the wholesale home market operates and how to find the best deals on investment properties.
Daniel made his first real estate investment at 18 years old and completed his first full renovation shortly thereafter. Since then, Daniel has grown Baltimore Wholesale Property into a national business, active in 30+ markets across the nation. He knows what it takes to make a transaction benefit everyone involved.
A life-long Baltimore native, Pete has always had a passion for working with people and connecting with clients and partners on an individual level, learning about them and their real estate investing needs, and findings ways to help. Pete has worked in sales and training, including several leadership roles for the last 15 years — most recently with a commercial construction company serving property managers and assisting with all their property construction and maintenance needs.
Born and raised in the Czech Republic, David has had the opportunity to travel and live all over the world – and he’s worked with people from all walks of life. He understands the unique challenges of property investment, relocation, and development, whether its across the street or across the globe. He was driven to join the real estate world by his passion for connecting people with solutions that fit their unique circumstances. Whether David is renovating cash flow rental properties or building his dream house, he always falls back on his broad real estate experience — specifically construction, estimating, and execution.
Steven is a father, teacher, and artist who was born and raised in Baltimore. While attending Morgan State University, he became a student of the real estate investment business and started wholesaling properties virtually in 2012 while living in Puerto Rico. Having lived and worked in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland, Steven has developed a network of investors, wholesalers, realtors, and lenders. He’s been able to wholesale and JV properties in six states, and his expertise and resources are valuable additions to the Baltimore Wholesale Property Team.
Mary began her real estate career in 2007 working at a Baltimore-based title company. She has extensive experience with all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, and her ability to coordinate the real estate deal pipeline is unparalleled. She believes that the best way to ensure a smooth transaction is to know what all parties expect from the outset and then work to accomplish those goals. Mary has experience in title clearing, judgement searches, estate work, property billing, and more.
